I'm Baaaack...

So I've obviously fallen very short of my New Year's resolution to keep up with my blog. We have had a lot happen in the past 8 months. We started participating in a Science co-op with our homeschool group, had lots of dr's appointments to find a way to help my husband with his Migraines. Ended one homeschool year and started another. And the most stressful is we decided to move. We are now in our "new" house, and older rental (trying to save some money) and my husband is scheduled for surgery (prayers welcome) to insert a device to help contol his migraines and hopefully get him off his meds and onto living a happy healthy life!!! So, now I'm back and hoping to to start posting regularly again. I would like to say life has settled down but thats just not true. I have just decided to find time to start posting again. I do want to apologize to sarahstone who did win my giveaway. Please e-mail me with your info so I can send you your prize.

Happy New Year!!!

So, I just looked at my blog, something that has been nagging me in the back of my mind. You know, I'm sure you have a few of those things. And I realized I only posted twice last year. How has time gone by that fast? Well, I guess I need to add blogging to my New Years Resolution. I as most Americans, Have several resolutions I would like to accomplish, and they are the ones almost everyone resolves to do this time of you. Can You Guess??? Yup, thats right. Lose weight (at leas, eat healthy and exercise)and de-clutter and have one Garage Sale this year (ideally one is all it will take lol). I would also like to complete a lapbook style scrapbook with my 9 year old documenting all she has learned in school ( we homeschool now, you would know that if I posted more often, Ironically, it's probably one of the main reason I haven't been posting:)Witch brings me to my last resolution to blog more often. I'm Still here just been really buzzy!!! We started Homeshool this August and I had Surgery in September now here it is October already. 2011 Close To MY Heart Convention Updates!!!

So I've been looking on several Social Media outlets, Blogs, and Discussions Boards and here are the updates from today's activities.

They are going to Be changing the Compensation plan. I'm not sure at this time what it's going to be but there is a lot of excitement about it. I believe it affects the manager and up titles though.

The Next change I am excited about is that there is going to be a company Newsletter FREE of charge so I'll have NO excuse for not sending out newsletters. I currently make my own witch is time and energy consuming!!! Along the same ling there will no longer be individual websites so that's another savings for me. I don't know how this will work and how personalization will work.

There is going to be a new leadership program called Journey to Leadership. I have no other information on this.

Last but not least the names of the new Paper collections are...Believe, Dreamin, Elemental, Mischief, Roxie, Sonoma, Typeset, and Wonderland!!!

My Mom went for the Team Meeting and ha taken some Pictures so I'm hoping to post them and hopefully some more Tomorrow. There is also going to be a HUGE reveal tomorrow said to be Second Only to the release of the clear acrylic stamps(the cornerstone of the company) Could it be a die cutting machine??? Those who know me know that I've been waiting for years for one, fingers crossed!!!
