So I've been looking on several Social Media outlets, Blogs, and Discussions Boards and here are the updates from today's activities.
They are going to Be changing the Compensation plan. I'm not sure at this time what it's going to be but there is a lot of excitement about it. I believe it affects the manager and up titles though.
The Next change I am excited about is that there is going to be a company Newsletter FREE of charge so I'll have NO excuse for not sending out newsletters. I currently make my own witch is time and energy consuming!!! Along the same ling there will no longer be individual websites so that's another savings for me. I don't know how this will work and how personalization will work.
There is going to be a new leadership program called Journey to Leadership. I have no other information on this.
Last but not least the names of the new Paper collections are...Believe, Dreamin, Elemental, Mischief, Roxie, Sonoma, Typeset, and Wonderland!!!
My Mom went for the Team Meeting and ha taken some Pictures so I'm hoping to post them and hopefully some more Tomorrow. There is also going to be a HUGE reveal tomorrow said to be Second Only to the release of the clear acrylic stamps(the cornerstone of the company) Could it be a die cutting machine??? Those who know me know that I've been waiting for years for one, fingers crossed!!!
